Shane York founded Eleven 07 Architectural Design to share his passion for modern architecture and to contribute to his local community in Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire by creating innovative and buildable solutions. With over 18 years of experience in the construction industry, Shane brings a wealth of expertise to a wide range of residential and commercial projects. Formerly an Associate Director at a renowned architectural and building consultancy, his work spans bespoke luxury homes, residential master planning, and inclusive design solutions for clients with disabilities. This blend of skills enables Shane to deliver high-quality designs that enhance both functionality and aesthetics.
As a Chartered Architectural Technologist (MCIAT), Shane upholds industry standards while tailoring each project to clients' unique visions.

Shaun's experience spans all sectors, from private residential to specialist building design. He thrives on achieving and exceeding client expectations, a passion he shares with Shane, with whom he previously worked for over 10 years. Both are dedicated to good design and pushing boundaries for clients.

Tilly's got some serious experience, having previously worked in architecture where she perfected the art of eating, sleeping, and letting everyone know when someone's at the door.
Tilly's super serious about her duties. She keeps us on our toes, whether she's saying hi to visitors (and maybe snagging a shoe or two!), reminding us it's time for lunch, or bringing us her toys. But, a little secret: she's easily won over with a carrot!
