ELEVEN 07 takes great pride in becoming a Ciat Chartered Practice who specialise in residential and commercial design. Established in 2024 by Shane York, a Chartered Architectural Technologist (MCIAT), the practice is committed to upholding CIAT’s standards while tailoring each project to the clients unique vision.
Shanes award winning background, including the prestigious Excellence in Architectural Technology award for his AT Student project, demonstrates his commitment to both quality and creativity in the field. Based in Scunthorpe but with projects in Doncaster, Kingston upon Hull and surrounding areas.
WHAT IS A CHARTERED ARCHITECTURAL TECHNOLOGIST?
Chartered Architectural Technologists (MCIAT or FCIAT) are highly qualified professionals who design and manage building projects from concept to completion. They bridge the gap between creativity, technology, and construction, specialising in:
