We were delighted to be approached to design a bespoke standalone property that on what was a previously underused amenity space for a property in Ashby, North Lincolnshire. Utilising the generous garden space of an existing property, we’ve designed a beautiful 3-bedroom detached home with a spacious, rear-facing kitchen and sunroom—perfect for those who love an open, light-filled space! 

Privacy for neighbouring homes has been a top priority in our plans, and we’re hopeful that the council shares our vision for enhancing the area with this carefully designed, thoughtful addition
